In order to lodge your claim, please follow these simple steps:
- Complete a claim form
- Forward completed form with any accompanying documentation via email to the relevant contact, as listed.
- You will need your Policy Number at time of lodgement. If you do not have this, please contact our advisors on 1300 556 826.
