Process for Claim Lodgement

Breeze Underwriting recognises the importance of a stress-free claim. Our dedicated underwriters are here to provide expertise and support to brokers throughout the process.
In order to lodge your claim, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Complete a claim form
  2. Forward completed form with any accompanying documentation via email to the relevant contact, as listed.
  3. You will need your Policy Number at time of lodgement. If you do not have this, please contact our advisors on 1300 556 826.

Accommodation Insurance

Any Accommodation policy with an Inception date after 18th August 2021:

In the event of a claim the insured is to provide the following documentation:

  • A copy of the Chase policy schedule for the insured property.
  • A completed Claim form which provides full details of the event that gives raise to the claim.

This information is then to be emailed direct to Proclaim for their management of the claim to propertynewclaims@proclaim.com.au
