In order to lodge your claim, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Complete a claim form
  2. Forward completed form with any accompanying documentation via email to the relevant contact, as listed.
  3. You will need your Policy Number at time of lodgement. If you do not have this, please contact our advisors on 1300 556 826.
