Recently, a client rang here to advise a tree fell over on the weekend and damaged a pool fence on a Motel property insured with Breeze Underwriting.

“Your claims team member registered the claim and asked the appropriate info. She then said she would arrange a builder to contact the client asap which was great but when I mentioned the issue of a pool not being protected correctly from possible wandering children, she altered that decision and has arranged for an assessor to call the client within 2 hours.
She also advised that she would call the assessor to ensure it was treated with urgency. We then called the client to advise him what will happen next.
The client is very happy with the result to date and so am I. This was a great team effort so thank you for helping us look professional.”
